Team Work:
Ensures mutual understanding, good friendship and team spirit. As unity is strength, team work leads to team achievement. Team work reduces the load on individual members. Members can take others help to complete the work at the fixed time. It· is one of the best ways to produce covetable result too. Group work also enables the children to have sound interaction and co-operation.

Leadership Skills:
Leadership Skills are highly inevitable to lead a team in a challenging and winning manner. The major aim of identifying 'leadership skill' is to equip the child with spirit of challenge and how to shoulder group responsibilities. As the saying goes leaders are leaders because they are leaders, they must be competitive, talented and enthusiastic.

Empathy and Sensitivity:
Are two negative emotions usually found among growing children. To tackle such conditions the school curriculum provides ample counseling at regular intervals. Children must shun such emotions to build inter-personal relationships stronger and happier.

Commitment to Society:
Commitment to Society is one of the major hall marks of holistic education. Children are builders of our nation as they are the voice of future India. As such, it is imperative that they are taught the need of a constructive society than a destructive one. To impart such a lesson value education / life skills are included in the trimester syllabus. Moral values are Inculcated in them to become useful and worthy citizens when the time arrives. Commitment to society is an in-separable aspect of wholesome growth.
